Temasek Polytechnic has launched its new Clean Energy Centre, located on campus.
Currently the first and only dedicated comprehensive Clean Energy Centre in an educational institution in Singapore, this Centre focuses on research & development in the latest clean engery technologies, such as solar power, fuel cells, wind energy, hydropower, and biomass.

Singapore Polytechnic (SP) together with the Economic Development Board (EDB), Science Centre Singapore and Singapore Tourism Board (STB) will be organising the RoboCup 2010, slated for 2010. The event is estimated to bring in 3,000 participants from more than 40 countries.
