What is Engineering?
Engineering is the application of science when knowledge in
physics, chemistry and mathematics are transformed into products
and systems that meet the needs and wants of everyday life.
In other words, engineers use their understanding of mathematics
and science to create most of the useful design, products and
equipment processes in our modern world. It is not difficult
to realize that behind almost every aspect of modern living
is the work of an Engineer – from the clothes we wear to
the food we eat, from the work we do to the computer games we
play.
